Criticism is common.
People who don’t let it adversely affect them are not.
Be uncommon.
If you don’t want to be the type of person who lets criticism impact their life in a significant way, don’t be.

Support can be anything from kind words & encouragement, positive feedback, to patronage & purchases. If you like or appreciate something, take the time to express it.

Be confident enough in yourself to listen to criticism and explore views you don’t necessarily agree with — because those who always agree with you will rarely push you to improve as much as those who don’t.

Popularity seekers cherish perception.
Potency seekers cherish results.

The results of your actions speak louder than words.
You can read a million motivational sayings to pump yourself up — or echo them to others until you’re blue in the face — but that won’t change anything unless you take action and consistently change your behavior.
Don’t just read it or preach it and expect it to make a difference in your life. Knowing something is not enough. Knowing what you should do is not enough. You have to use what you know and take action.
This is the DO in JUST DO IT.

Do you know how you can tell when someone is likely being themselves? When they don’t always act according to social norms.
Trying to be like anyone or everyone else is not being yourself.
* Of course, this can also be a sign of discomfort or ignorance of local customs. But in many cases, if someone is comfortable being “weird” around you, then they are likely comfortable expressing themselves as they prefer to be vs what society expects.

False.
This generation didn’t build the world we live in, previous generations did. If the world is worse now than it was when you were young, that has more to do with past generations than the current one.
Older generations are responsible for the problems & circumstances that younger generations have to contend with – not the other way around.
