I was touched by this video which makes a point of showing obvious ways in which acts of kindness can be contagious.

While not every act of kindness is as obvious as those in this video, it makes a good companion piece for something I’ve previous written about: Day 248: Kindness is contagious

Never underestimate the power of a single act of kindness to make a significant difference in someone’s life. Your act may just be the added lift that someone needs to go from falling to flying.
