Not everyone will understand your journey. That’s fine. It’s not their journey to make sense of. It’s yours.

Find alternative ways to exercise

It should go without saying, but if your gym closed & you want to stay in shape, it’s important to find alternative ways to exercise — no excuses.

Walk, jog, run, hike, do bodyweight exercises and monitor & adjust your eating habits.

You’ll thank yourself for staying healthy.

Corona virus is not overhyped

While you may think the Corona Virus is overhyped — and remain unconcerned because you’re not at a high risk of dying from it — that doesn’t mean the people you could give it to who could die from it feel the same way. The people dying are part of someone’s family.

This “I don’t care if I get the #coronavirus” attitude is a lot like the “I’ve had a few drinks but I’m good to drive” or “I’m good at texting & driving.”

It’s not always about *you* — it’s about the people you put at risk by being irresponsible.

Don’t let what you can’t do stand in the way of what you can do.

Always remember that you may not be able to do everything, but you can always do something.

Whenever you catch yourself focusing on a problem or obstacle (which is discouraging), remember to turn your attention to possible solutions (which is encouraging).

While immediate solutions may not come to mind, you can aid yourself in the process by using the awesome power of asking yourself good questions and letting your subconscious guide you.

Don’t let what you can’t do stand in the way of what you can do.
