People demonstrate who they are by their actions, not by what they declare themselves to be.
If you want to be taken seriously, you have to show it, not just say it.

So they leave (or get fired) & what you’re left with is incompetence at every level of an administration.

Strong leadership & caring for others involves a lot more than simply stating you care for others.
People who are good at what they do don’t have to tell you — they show it.
If you now lack confidence that your elected officials are working 100% for the people they are responsible for leading, protecting, and representing — this is why it’s important to vote for competent people who do more than just try to personally benefit from their position.

Ideally, we could all go through life without the need for any support other than our own. But the fact is, having the support of — and being encouraged by — just one person can make even extreme challenges much easier to bear.
Be that one person for as many people as possible.

True leadership is demonstrated every time someone else decides to emulate our actions because they see it leads somewhere they want to go.

If you wish to reduce bad behavior, it has to start with you, not the person who you think is behaving badly.
Responding disrespectfully to someone who is acting poorly just leaves the world with another badly behaving person. You must set the example you want to see.
Acting badly because someone else is acting badly is not an excuse to act badly. You are responsible for your behavior no matter what other people are doing.
Strive to set an example you will be proud of no matter how you are feeling and no matter who sees it.
