Not everyone will understand your journey. That’s fine. It’s not their journey to make sense of. It’s yours.

It is far more meaningful to receive a single acknowledgment for making a significant difference in one person’s life than it is to collect thousands of likes for something that will be forgotten in less than a minute.
At the end of your life, no one is going to care how many likes you got. And it’s highly likely that you won’t either.
In social media circles (and beyond), it’s a common tactic for those on one side of an argument to say things with the purpose of provoking anger on the other.
It’s important to recognize that if someone can make you lose your self-control, they control you. Especially if your lack of self-control leads to behavior that can be used against you.
One of the reasons life appears to pass more quickly as we age is because we become engrained in comfort. A lack of novelty in one’s life leads to time passing with little worth remembering.
If you want to slow down the rate at which your life appears to be passing you by, embrace new experiences, set new goals, and challenge yourself.
