“Intro” Videos

Ok these aren’t exactly “intro” videos in the sense they explain all that I’m doing — I’ve yet to make those (maybe one day – sigh) — but they do provide some info that might be helpful for those who don’t like to read.

ZDXP “Bumper”

I created this bumper (rather recently) with the intention of attaching it to the beginning of future ZDXP videos — only after working on it did I realize it’s too long for that. Still, it does a fair job of summing up what I’m doing very quickly — which is by design.

The following two videos I made before leaving on my adventure. Remarkably, even though they were created before I really knew what I was getting myself into — they still apply.

ZDXP “The Invitation”

I put this together a couple days before I left. Sadly, this is one of the only live videos I’ve made on my journey that’s online. I aim to fix that eventually.

ZDXP “Zero Ventured, Zero Gained Teaser”

This is the teaser video I used to drum up interest in what I was about to do (before I left). Some folks liked it — others thought it was too slow and too “texty”. This was pretty much the first video (that wasn’t just a test) that I ever created.

Yes, when I have a decent 3G/4G connection on my phone, I like to do live broadcasts from whatever location I’m in. Occasionally these involve me taking you on adventure with me. The great thing about Ustream is that you can actually interact with me (via chat) while I’m broadcast and I can respond in video — LIVE! It’s pretty awesome.
