My site has been rebuilt from the ground up to make it easier to read and navigate. My website and my blog now use the same system and same menu navigation.

Rather than tell you about all the changes, my first suggestion would be to just take a look around.

Changes to Location Updates:

Starting today, location updates will no longer be automatically posted to my @ZDXP twitter account (this also means they will not automatically be posted to facebook).

My location updates will now be sent to my @ZeroTracker twitter page. This account automatically gathers updates from both FourSquare and my Live GPS Tracker, plus any that I post to it directly.

The @ZeroTracker account is not intended to be “followed” — it simply exists to answer the question “Where are you?”. All it will be is a record of location updates.

For those keeping track, I have 3 twitter accounts.

@ZeroDean : This is my personal account
@ZDXP : Adventure stuff
@ZeroTracker : Just location updates

Other new things to check out:

The new ZDXP Frequently Asked Questions section – including an “Ask a question” section.
The new ZDXP Bumper under ZDXP Videos (also featured on the main page).

A schedule! — Whhaaaaaaat?

It’s true. I’ve never posted on a schedule — always aiming to write when I’m inspired — but with the creation of “PhotoQuotes”, I can now offer new content on a regular basis — at least until I run out of quotes…or photos.

Starting from August 22, 2011, I post “PhotoQuotes” featuring my photography on Mondays, Wednesdays, and Fridays. If you like my photography, or if you just like quotes, subscribe to my blog by email or rss to be notified of new entries.

Tumblr Part 2: The Resurrection!

For tumblr users, I’ve resurrected my tumblr account (zerodean.tumblr.com) which now co-hosts my photoquotes. So tumblr users, you’re welcome to follow and “reblog” to your heart’s content.

Mascot Love

Thanks to some hacking on the part of Stabby Joe, the 4 ZDXP mascots now have their own individual facebook pages. They’re just getting started up — so stay tuned.
