Much Ado About Nothing
Someone told me once that I was “difficult to describe” — and I don’t think it was just because I have a number for a name. I thought that was awesome.
To me, being “difficult to describe” means that I’d succeeded in not being easily defined by “what I do for a living” or a particular activity I enjoy.
So I try to maintain that.
Looking for love … in all the wrong places?
First, they say you’re not supposed to go looking for love — I know — but whether I’m actively “looking” for it or just hoping it finds me, it wasn’t happening sitting behind a computer 70+ hours a week in a male dominated industry.
So I set off on this journey to — among other things — make myself more visible to the girl of my dreams. Is it crazy? Sure. But it’s also bold and adventurous — women still find that somewhat attractive, right?
Besides, name any romantic comedy ever made that doesn’t have the lead characters doing something more than a little crazy “for love”.
Sure, I’m no “Brad Pitt”, but I’ve been told I’m charming and charismatic — and that seems to work for Nicolas Cage (because — seriously — how else do you explain Nicolas Cage?).
But enough about me — let’s talk about me…
A handful of my passions…
- Photography: I try to take pictures that tell stories.
- Writing: I try to write stuff that affects people – makes them think or takes them places.
- Travel & Exploration: I explore the world to expand my world view and satisfy my curiousity.
- Adventure: I try to live fully, with passion, on paths less-traveled.
- Digital Art: I enjoy creating things from…nothing.
I’m complicated — but really, I’m not. Here’s all you need to know to figure me out:
- I’m an optimist.
- I love life & want to maximize my life experience.
- I love animals.
- I’m fascinated by everything.
- I love motivating & making things happen for others.
- I can cook.
